Architectural Improvement Request Form
As a covenant-controlled community all proposed exterior improvements must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee before any work begins.
Please use the form below to submit requests. Note that homeowners must be the ones to submit, we do not accept submissions from contractors.
Please describe your proposed improvements in as much detail as possible and include drawings, photos, product samples, materials lists, landscape layouts, site and drainage plans, and/or product brochures to expedite our review.
There is a 4MB file size limit, but you may include up to 10 attachments. If a file is too big, you can try taking a screenshot of it and uploading that. If you are unable to upload your file here please email it to us at SundanceACC@gmail.com with your address, last name and ACC request form number in the subject field.
