Architectural Improvement Request Form
Sundance Hills is a covenant-controlled community with an Architectural Control Committee that reviews and approves all proposed exterior improvements before any work begins.
Please use the form below to submit your requests and the ACC will get back to you within two weeks.
Please describe your proposed improvements in as much detail as possible and include drawings, photos, product samples, materials lists, landscape layouts, site and drainage plans, and/or product brochures to expedite our review.
There is a 4MB limit for attachments, but you may include up to 10 attachments. If a file is too big, you can try taking a screenshot of it and uploading that. If you are unable to upload your file here please email it to us at SundanceACC@gmail.com with your address, last name and ACC request form number in the subject field.
