About
Sundance Hills Homeowners Association (HOA) manages neighborhood social activities and the Architectural Control Committee, among other things. Some of the yearly social activities include the Memorial Day Weekend potluck party, a Fourth of July parade and celebration at the pool, and a pancake breakfast on Labor Day. HOA dues are $25.00 per year and are due by April 1st. To contact HOA Board members see the contacts tab above.
Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is dedicated to preserving the value, character and attractiveness of the neighborhood by ensuring residents adhere to the HOA covenants and bylaws. Before starting an exterior project, it’s important for homeowners to understand the HOA covenants and get projects pre-approved by the ACC. For more information see the ACC tab. If you have a general question you can contact the ACC at SundanceACC@gmail.com
Sundance Hills Ambassador’s purpose is to welcome new neighbors, help them get acquainted with others and learn about the great amenities we have to offer. To contact the Ambassador chair email SundanceHillsAmbassador@gmail.com
Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a Sundance Hills program that puts volunteers together with neighbors who could use assistance with light exterior work such yard clean-up and maintenance, tree and shrub trimming, and gutter cleaning. There is typically one designated day each spring and fall for this activity. For more information, contact a HOA Board member.
Sundance Hills Metropolitan District (SMHD) is separate from the HOA. It’s a special district that manages the pool, tennis courts, clubhouse and surrounding grounds. Sundance Hills homeowners pay a mill levy as part of their property tax assessment to the SHMD. Visit sundancehillsmetrodistrict.org for more information.
